Had gutters replaces with new fascias and soffit. Also pointingbof chimney

Work Promised vs Work Done

Expected:- Replacement of gutters and pointing of chimney. Removal of waste Received:-Gutters poorly installed and incorrect joints used to neighbours house resulting in leaks. Chimney not pointed correctly.

Attempts to Resolve the issue

Spoke to them several times and was informed they would game and rectify issues they did not turn up and there has been zero communication from them

Current Situation

Had to pay another tradesman to rectify issues as was causing issues with neighbours

Ideal Resolution:

Refund of some of the monies paid to cover cost of rectifying poor work
