Experience Description

Roofing work which left the roof leaking more than it had before, holes in roof, cracked tiles. Also work paid for but not completed.

Work Promised vs Work Done

Complete re-roof and chimney pointed and recapping. Roof left damaged and chimney not repointed or recapped.

Attempts to Resolve the issue

Multiple phone calls, messages, emails and letters sent. Mr Mortimer repeatedly failed to do what he said he was going to and refused to refund us any money.

Current Situation

Roof continues to leak water into the house.

Ideal Resolution:

Refund of money paid for work not completed plus cost of repairs.
