Experience Description

Asks for payment for materials then repeately fails to return to complete the work makes lots of excuses , and lies , not seen any proof of materials he supposedly purchased and not seen him since he has done the same to at least 5 people been reported to Action Fraud and Trading Standards seeking legal advice to recieve my money back the police need to get involved and stop him trading

Work Promised vs Work Done

Wood panels put back and secured Not painted as he offered to do Panels not refitted ,metal work not welded back on Handles anc locks not replaced and fitted , even though i paid for them Paid for new wood panels that werent needed that i never saw

Attempts to Resolve the issue

Messaged him but he made excuses and lued and is now ignoring my messages

Current Situation

I am out of pocket by £223.88 For materials for a repair job that wasnt completed on my back gates which still need repairing i cannot get them done until i recieve this money back he needs to stop doing this to people i am a single parent and my bank isnt been very helpful in trying to obtain a refund either

Ideal Resolution:

A full refund and hopefully him to be stopped trading
