Experience Description

I hired Guedes Real Estate LTD from mybuilder app, also linked to Next Chapter Renovation Ltd (16266948) and D3 Home Renovations Ltd (Company No. 16225592). The main person is Ernesto Francisco Da Costa, who worked with Jay. I paid them over £14,000 (some in cash, some by transfer) to renovate my kitchen, bathroom, living room, and do painting inside and out. They promised to finish in 3–4 weeks, but after 3 months the work was left incomplete.

Work Promised vs Work Done

Half done kitchen and bathroom incomplete, painting unfinished, carpet not fitted, and rubbish left outside that I had to clear myself.
