Made gates, both front and back of the property. Rear gate is fine. Front gate split within weeks. Took him months and of me chasing him, to attend the property to remove the gate, which he was going to repair then he accused me of painting it with emulsion. Strange as it had the same 3 coats of Cuprinol as the rear gate.Said he would then make me a new gate. Months went buy and no gate. I asked for the gate or a refund. I got niether.He blocked me on media. I took him to court and won. He owes me £235.00 He has never paid. The law is a joke. As you have to do all the chasing, he is found guilty then the court cannot guarantee you get your money. Its another £35:00 to ask the court for a bailiff. Then they still say we can't guarantee to get your money. And these cowboy builders now this. Its so frustrating.
To replace the split and damaged gate that he has removed from tje property. So I am out of pocket and no gate.
Mediation. He did not reply. CCJ found in my favour and he has not paid.
I am loathe to pay another £35 to not get my money back
I want my money back as with no gate on the property and I have paid for it in full. He is a thief, as my gate and money has been stolen from me.
